Hi there!

I'm Debbie, an Anusara Elements™ & Science of Movement trained Yoga Teacher 

Welcome to Nebella Yoga & Wellness,

I'm so delighted you're here! My goal at Nebella is to provide a warm and welcoming environment where all students feel supported, connected, and inspired to explore their practice and find balance. I specialise in Anusara yoga and Movement Science, a fusion of two different styles, offering an intuitive movement system called Organisation and Activation that can be applied to all types of yoga classes.

My classes are designed to build strength and stability while also increasing range of motion over time. The postures are very accessible and can be tailored to each individual's needs, with the intensity able to be dialled up or down to meet your body where it's at. I truly believe that yoga is a powerful tool for physical, mental, and emotional balance and strive to help my students reach their fullest potential on their yoga journey.

What is Anusara yoga?

Anusara means "flowing with grace"; it beautifully integrates hatha yoga with the tantric philosophy of intrinsic goodness.

​

My classes will always offer a unique blend of breathwork, a heartwarming theme, and spinal warm-ups. Then, we'll get you moving with some lovely active poses. The aim is to harness the power of being present by working with our breath and movement, fostering awareness.

​

After all your hard work, you'll be treated to some restorative poses to help restore and balance your parasympathetic system.

​

With Anusara's strong universal alignment principles, you can deeply feel into the poses while remaining safe in your practice.
